Mission Statement
Creating tomorrow’s leader’s one black belt at a time. Impacting the community by using martial arts to teach children of all ages as well as adults the life skills, self confidence, self control and discipline needed to be effective leaders in our community today and in the future.

We offer many different programs from our Tigers for kids ages 5-6, Karate for Kids for kids ages 7-13, and our Adult Taekwondo training for those individuals 14-99 years of age. All of these programs incorporate physical fitness, cardiovascular, self defense and traditional Songahm Taekwondo into an exciting program that rewards individuals through rank and belt promotions based on their individual abilities to excel and develop in these areas. We also offer our Black Belt Club Program, Leadership Club Program, XMA (Extreme Martial Arts) and weapons training for those who are interested.

About Taekwondo
Taekwondo is often referred to as Karate. Taekwondo and Karate are both forms of martial arts. Taekwondo is the world's most popular martial art and generally includes a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes and may also include various take-downs or sweeps, throws, and joint locks. Karate is primarily a striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes and open-handed techniques such as knife-hands and ridge-hands.
